VISTA INTERIOR Por Sri Madhusudan Naidu  Como el administrador y un alumno de nuestras instituciones educativas, entró a la sala de entrevistas, Swami le preguntó: "¿Cómo va el trabajo?" "Es todo Tu trabajo y Tú estás haciendo todo", se sometió con toda sinceridad.  Swami aprovechó el momento para enseñar una lección: "No, cuando se trata de trabajar, debes pensar que es tuyo y debes hacerlo, pero cuando se trata de propiedad, piensa que es Swami y tú solo estás sirviendo. Comienza cuando hacemos lo opuesto y empezamos a pensar que somos dueños de la obra y Swami debe hacer el trabajo.Hanuman fue un gran devoto porque cuando llegó al trabajo tomó toda la responsabilidad, pero siempre estaba claro que todo era para Rama ya que todo pertenecía A Rama solo, y Él era solamente un siervo Desarrolle el desapego No desinterés Tenga gran interés en hacer la obra de Dios, pero permanezca desapegado pensando que Dios es el dueño en última instancia Esta es la manera en que debe trabajar. VISTA INTERIOR Por Sri Madhusudan Naidu  Un devoto buscó orientación de Swami sobre el funcionamiento de las Instituciones, a lo cual Swami dio la respuesta más profunda.  Swami: Para cualquier institución, el liderazgo es importante. Como es el líder, también lo son las personas. Es por eso que ser un líder tiene más responsabilidades que derechos.  ¿A Dios le gustaría esto? ¿Sería bueno para todos? Estas deben ser las preguntas importantes. Pero cuando el ego toma el control, estas preguntas desaparecen. Entonces es todo sobre si me gusta, y es bueno para mí! Lo contrario sucede.  Este liderazgo egoísta es siempre la razón de la caída de todas las instituciones.  El que es capaz de poner los intereses de los demás antes que uno solo puede convertirse en un buen líder.  "Yasamanno Dwijate Loko, Lokaano Dwijate Cha Yah", ni usted debe molestar a nadie ni ser molestado por otros, tal liderazgo es importante.  Devoto: Pero, ¿cómo podemos hacer eso cuando otros pueden querer hacer daño?  Swami: Cuando no quieres hacer daño, no tendrás a nadie que te haga daño. A pesar de que si algunas personas por puro celos tratan de hacerte daño, incluso entonces deberías seguir tu Dharma de no dañar a los demás. En última instancia, es solo el amor quien gana. Puede tomar más tiempo como el tratamiento de homeopatía. Sin embargo, eliminará la cuestión de las raíces y no sólo tratar los síntomas externos. Pero la gente pierde paciencia y trata de encontrar soluciones rápidas a los problemas. Ahí es donde las cosas van mal. El amor te enseñará paciencia.  La paciencia con su uno mismo es confianza.  La paciencia con los demás es amor.  La paciencia con Dios es fe.  ¡Si usted no tiene paciencia usted se convertirá en pacientes!  Devoto: ¿Qué se puede hacer cuando los demás no están dispuestos a recibir el amor?  Swami: ¿Se molesta el río que bebe de él? ¿Se molesta la lluvia donde cae? ¿Se molesta el sol donde brilla? Como sabio, haz tu deber de amar a los demás sin ninguna expectativa. Ni siquiera la expectativa de que reciban tu amor. Incluso una roca dura se derrite con lluvias incesantes.Haga su deber de amar desinteresadamente. Eso es divino. El amor sin deber es Divino. Por lo tanto, si usted tiene el refugio de la gracia divina, a pesar de todos los problemas que enfrenta, puede tener un buen viaje. Estas tres cosas sólo se pueden alcanzar por la gracia divina; No por su auto-esfuerzos. La mayor oportunidad es que entre las 84 especies de lakh presentes en la tierra, ustedes han nacido como seres humanos.No sólo eso, también tienes una aspiración ....  Para leer más información haga clic aquí  ¿Qué es Akhanda Bhajan? - Resumen Discurso Divino del 13 de noviembre de 2016 Puesto que toda la creación ha surgido de Dios, la fuerza impulsora de todo lo que sucede es el amor de Dios. Incluso el hombre nace del amor de Dios. Por lo tanto, él tiene que conducirse con este amor Divino. Muchas personas no entienden este concepto de amor. Los jóvenes y las jóvenes, incluso los ancianos, no distinguen entre el amor verdadero y el apego. Piensan que el amor es apego y el apego es amor. El amor no tiene apegos. El amor es inigualable. Sólo cuando reconocemos esta base fundamental del amor, podemos desarrollar la devoción a Dios. No hay dualidad de dar y tomar por amor. El amor siempre da; No sabe cómo tomar. Cuatro categorías de devotos llegan a Dios. La primera es Arthi, que viene para el alivio del sufrimiento, el segundo es artharthi, que pide más riqueza o la posición o el nombre o la fama, el tercero es Jignasu,un aspirante espiritual y, por último, un jñani, un hombre de sabiduría.Todas las cuatro categorías de devotos vienen a Dios con algunos deseos. Sólo la última categoría de hombres y mujeres se acerca a Dios sólo por el amor de Dios. Ellos sólo quieren a Dios y nada más.Lo único que quieren lograr es 'Quiero a Dios'. Por lo tanto, sólo la última categoría de devotos se puede llamar verdaderos devotos.Cuando tales devotos llevan sus vidas con el corazón lleno de amor por Dios, Dios estará con ellos todo el tiempo. Él estará delante de ellos, por detrás, por sus lados, por dentro y por fuera. The problem begins when we do the opposite and start thinking that we own the work and Swami should do the work. Hanuman was a great devotee because when it came to work he took the entire responsibility, but was always clear that everything was for Rama as everything belonged to Rama alone, and He was only a servant. Develop detachment not disinterest. Take great interest in doing God's work, but remain detached thinking God is the owner ultimately. This is the way you should work. INNER VIEW -By Sri Madhusudan Naidu  A devotee sought guidance from Swami regarding the running of Institutions, to which Swami gave the most profound answer.  Swami: For any Institution, leadership is important. As is the leader, so are the people. That's why being a leader has more responsibilities than rights.  Would God like this? Would it be good for all? These should be the important questions. But when ego takes over, these questions vanish.Then it's all about whether I like it, and is it good for me! The reverse happens.  Such selfish leadership is always the reason for the downfall of all Institutions.  One who is able to put the interests of others before oneself alone can become a good leader.  "Yasamanno Dwijate Loko, Lokaano Dwijate Cha Yah", neither you should trouble anyone nor be troubled by others, such leadership is important.  Devotee: But how can we do that when others may want to harm.  Swami: When you mean no harm, you will have no one harming you.Despite that if some people out of sheer jealousy try to harm you, even then you should follow your Dharma of not harming others. Ultimately, it's Love alone that wins. It may take more time like homeopathy treatment. However, it will remove the issue from the roots and not merely treat the outer symptoms. But people lose patience and try to get quick solutions to problems. That is where things go wrong. Love will teach you patience.  Patience with your self is confidence.  Patience with others is love.  Patience with God is faith.  If you don't have patience you will become patients!  Devotee: What can be done when the others are unwilling to receive the love?  Swami: Does the river bother who drinks from it? Does the rain bother where it falls? Does the sun bother where it shines? Like wise, do your duty of loving others without any expectations. Not even the expectation of them receiving your love. Even a hard rocks melts with incessant rains.Do your duty of loving selflessly. That is divine. Love without duty is Divine. Four categories of devotees come to God. The first is Arthi, who comes for relief from suffering, the second is Artharthi , who asks for more wealth or position or name or fame, the third is Jignasu, a spiritual aspirant and finally, a Jnani , a man of wisdom. All the four categories of devotees come to God with some desires. Only the last category of men and women approach God only for God's sake. They want only God and nothing else. The only thing they want to achieve is 'I want God'. Hence, only the last category of devotees can be called true devotees. When such devotees lead their lives with their hearts filled with love for God, God will be with them all the time. He will be in front of them, behind, on their sides, inside and outside.
