CELEBRACIONES Guru Purnima - 06 de julio, 2017 - el primer día    Una de las fiestas más importantes del calendario para los devotos Sai en todo el mundo es Guru Purnima, ya que trae consigo la gloriosa oportunidad de celebrar el vínculo único que existe entre el  Guru  y el discípulo en presencia del  Jagadguru . Tanto más cuanto que el mismo Dios es nuestro  Guru , la emoción era palpable en Sathya Sai Grama, Muddenahalli en el comienzo de cinco días de festividades Guru Purnima. Bhagavan llegó al auditorio engalanada Sri Sathya Sai Premamrutham al sonido reverberante de  Vedam  y  bhajans . Una vez que estuvo sentado en el trono, Actuaciones de la noche comenzó con una breve presentación sobre la reciente visita de Swami a Hampi, Hassan y Mandya planteles educativos. In this week's INNER VIEW, Brother Madhusudan Naidu shares an interesting moment which happened between the Lord and a devotee.   - Sathya Sai Grama Communications Team.  INNER VIEW By Sri Madhusudan Naidu   Karma Transfer!    It was during the Questions and Answers session at a Satsang in Ottawa that followed the discourse, a devotee asked Swami, "Earlier when You were in the Physical Body, You used to take upon Yourself the Karma of the other devotees, for their sake. But now when You are not in the body, what do You do when devotees pray for relief from their Karmic problems?" Swami said, "No one can escape the consequences of their Karmas, for this is the Law of the Universe that reigns supreme. Therefore, if not the devotee, then I had to experience the consequence by transferring it to upon Myself, just like a mother who feels so much for her sick child, that she prays, 'Let my child be healthy and I may be sick instead'. But now, when there is no body which is bound by the space, time and causation in this physical world, I cannot take it upon Myself. So, I have to either let the devotee go through it or I can transfer it to another birth of the devotee. However, if someone prays selflessly for others, then I can destroy that Karma, just like seeds that get destroyed in the fire, and lose their potency to germinate. Therefore, God is called 'Karma Dhwamsine Namaha - Salutations to the destroyer of Karma'.  So I always tell everyone to pray for all, 'Samastha Loka Sukhino Bhavantu - May all beings in all the worlds be happy'.  When you pray for all thus, since you are also a part of that 'universal all', you are saved too!" GURU PURNIMA CELEBRATIONS - JULY 06, 2017 - DAY ONE    One of the most important festivals in the Sai calendar for the devotees worldwide is Guru Purnima as it brings with it the glorious opportunity of celebrating the unique bond that exists between the Guru and the disciple in the presence of the Jagadguru. More so since God Himself is our Guru, the excitement was palpable at Sathya Sai Grama, Muddenahalli on the beginning of five-day Guru Purnima festivities. Bhagawan arrived at the bedecked Sri Sathya Sai Premamrutham auditorium to the reverberating sound of Vedam and Bhajans. Once He was seated on the throne, the evening’s proceedings began with a brief presentation on Swami’s recent visit to Hampi, Hassan and Mandya educational campuses. They were ably accompanied on Mrudangam by Sri Jayachandra Rao and Sri Pramath Kiran, a well-known percussionist who spoke to the audience through Morsing and Tabla. As a troupe, the four artists have regaled audience across the globe on the soulful journey of Carnaticmusic. In fact, both Sri Kumaresh and Smt. Jayanthi Kumaresh were child prodigies who began plucking the strings and communicating through their instruments even before they could communicate well verbally! The scintillating musical performance began with a beautiful description by Smt. Kumaresh on the spiritual, esoteric, mystical and historical significance to the instrument Saraswathi Veena. This instrument was supposed to have been played by Lava and Kusha during the times of Ramayana. Veena is the representation of human body with a head, spinal cord and lower body.
